With Yard Kings, his graduation short from Middlesex University, Vasco Alexandre found critical success, receiving two Royal Television Society Awards presented by King Charles III. His subsequent credits include the short films Gummy Bear, Ten With a Flag, and Brikcs: King, as well as music videos for the German artist Monolink (Powerful Play, Avalanche) and the Austrian duo HVOB (What They Gave Me).

Vasco is a co-founder of Franzi, a Copenhagen-based film production studio featuring a curated roster of in-house directors and cinematographers.
